Leadership & Management

I am an experienced leader and manager of multi-disciplinary teams and pride myself on a supportive and collaborative approach. Recent projects have included maternity leave cover for the Director of Museums at Bath Preservation Trust and interim management of the Research Development Team at Wellcome Collection.

Project Management

I am experienced in delivering funded projects, co-ordinating teams of staff and freelancers, monitoring activity plans and budgets and reporting to key stakeholders. I recently oversaw completion of ‘The Genius of the Place’ – a project to restore Alexander Pope’s Grotto, and am currently providing project management services for ‘The Right Stuff’ at Bridport Museum (supported by the Esmee Fairbairn Collections Fund) and ‘Search & Learn’ at Wells & Mendip Museum (supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund).

Research & Report Writing

I am experienced in researching and producing a range of reports. Recent projects have included the development of a strategic options appraisal for the archive and historical collections at the Royal College of Physicians of London, and a costed options appraisal for the archive and heritage collections at Royal Voluntary Service.
