Leadership & Management

I am an experienced leader and manager of multi-disciplinary teams and pride myself on a supportive and collaborative approach. I can add value as a ‘fresh pair of eyes and extra pair of hands’ and have provided interim management support for a variety of clients including Bath Preservation Trust, Bridport Museum and Wellcome Collection.

Project Management

I am experienced in delivering funded projects, co-ordinating teams of staff and freelancers, monitoring activity plans and budgets and reporting to key stakeholders. I have successfully delivered two National Lottery Heritage Funded projects in the past 5 years: ‘The Genius of the Place’ (Pope’s Grotto Preservation Trust) and ‘Search & Learn’ (Wells & Mendip Museum).

Collections

I am experienced in developing solutions for collections care and management. I have recently provided practical support to Royal Voluntary Service with the relocation of their archive, and am currently working with The Sherborne to develop their archive and permanent collection.
